These terms govern the use of our website and the working relationship between you and SOLVR. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

SOLVR provides consulting, automation, and systems integration for businesses. Each project is defined by mutually agreed scope of work before we begin.

2. Project scope

Before starting any work, we provide detailed proposal that includes:

• Clear description of what will be built or automated
• Estimated delivery timeline
• Total cost or pricing structure
• What's included and what isn't

Any work outside agreed scope requires written approval and may incur additional costs.

3. Payments

Payment terms set in each project's proposal. Generally:

• Deposit required before work begins
• Remaining payments based on project milestones
• Invoices issued with 15 calendar-day payment window

Late payments may pause work until account is brought current.

4. Intellectual property

Once final payment is received:

• You own all code, designs, systems built specifically for you
• We retain right to use general tools, frameworks, methodologies used across multiple projects
• We may reference your project as case study (without confidential info), unless requested otherwise in writing

5. Confidentiality

We treat all your business information as confidential. We will not share data, processes, or technical details with third parties without your express consent.

6. Warranties & limitations

• 90-day bug-fix period after delivery
• We don't guarantee specific business outcomes — we do our best
• Maximum liability limited to total amount paid for project

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. In cancellation:

• You'll be billed for work completed up to cancellation date
• Deposits non-refundable, applied to work already performed
• We deliver all work completed up to that point

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by laws of Mexico. Disputes resolved in competent courts of Mexico City.
